Since 1993 Henderson Canada has been developing the International Village neighbourhood into one of downtown Vancouver’s best master-planned communities. Henderson Development constructed the homes at the city centre of Scarborough. The project, Centro, comprises of Toronto condos and townhouse units. The condo offers a long list of amenities. All homes are modern and stylish, feature hardwood and laminate flooring, open concept layouts, pass-through kitchens with granite countertops and built-in wine fridges.
The Scarborough Town Centre is about a block away, where residents can find retail stores, restaurants, and a movie theatre. Just to the west of the building is the Scarborough Civic Centre and a Toronto Public Library branch. God Dog Park and Frank Faubert Wood Lot are due south of the condos.
