To develop high quality residential and commercial properties that assess community needs and incorporate neighbourhood amenities to meet those needs.
To increase opportunity and quality of life for residents and businesses by enhancing communities.
Henderson Canada is proud to actively participate in and give back to the communities in which we develop projects. Henderson supports a wide variety of community level organizations and includes community amenities as part of its developments.
The International Village master-planned community includes the ten acre Andy Livingston Park, a child daycare facility and an elementary school. As part of an agreement with the City of Vancouver, Henderson Canada provided a parcel of land at the corner of Pender and Abbott Street for the development of non-market housing.

Henderson Canada also directly supports community-based organizations that have strong presence in the neighbourhoods. The Vancouver Police Department’s Odd Squad Productions, which educates the public about issues facing the community, and SUCCESS, one of British Columbia’s largest immigrant and social service agencies, are examples of such organizations.
